The official website of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit includes Opinions, Rules and Procedures, Select Forms, Model Jury Instructions, and more. Use PACER to access case and docket information for the Third Circuit.

Jenkins received records and briefs from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit (1898-1969, 1982-2011). Briefs and Records can be searched through our Court Records & Briefs database. For older documents, you may need to contact National Archives. The Third Circuit Collection encompasses 1891-1989. More recent court documents not available from the National Archives may be housed at the Federal Records Center in Northeast Philadelphia.

Provides case and docket information from federal appellate, district, and bankruptcy courts. Coverage dates vary by court. Registration is required.
