When participating in a court case, it is important to follow the correct set of court rules. This guide will lead Jenkins' members to where they can find Pennsylvania State Court Rules, including the Rules of Appellate Procedure, Rules of Civil Procedure, Rules of Criminal Procedure, and Rules of Evidence.
The Pennsylvania Court Rules are available online from the Pennsylvania Code & Bulletin, on the library's Lexis, Westlaw, and Bloomberg Law computers, and in print.
