  • The Fiduciary Reporter includes select decisions from the Orphans' Courts of Pennsylvania involving trusts and decedents' estates. Other materials, like Common Pleas decisions, Appellate decisions, and Attorney General opinions, may also be included. The Fiduciary Reporter is not available electronically.
