Self-Help: Protection From Abuse (PFA) & Domestic Violence

Provides free legal services to low-income people with disabilities or who are deaf or hard of hearing in Philadelphia, Bucks, Chester, Delaware and Montgomery Counties. LCD advises and represents clients with disabilities in most areas of civil law including Protection From Abuse cases.

For older Pennsylvanians (60+ years). Provides representation primarily in Philadelphia and surrounding counties. Provides legal advice, information, and referrals throughout PA. Helps with family law issues including prevention of elder abuse, family violence, financial exploitation, and defiant trespass.

PA Coalition Against Rape (PCAR)'s "Sexual Violence Legal Assistance Project provides free and confidential trauma informed legal advice and short-term legal representation to victims of sexual assault, abuse, and harassment. The project is designed to fill existing gaps where local community legal services are unavailable. Priority is given to victims of non-intimate partner sexual assault."
