In conjunction with its continuing legal education courses, the Pennsylvania Bar Institute (PBI) produces books related to sentencing in Pennsylvania. When a researcher has difficulty finding an answer in the manuals or form books, it is a good idea to turn to a PBI publication for guidance.

Additional chapters on sentencing may be found in annual PBI publications like the Annual Criminal Law Symposium. To find all PBI publications with chapters on sentencing, search the Jenkins' catalog for sentencing and modify the results by checking off PBI in the 'Series' field.
