Jenkins' Pennsylvania Legislative Histories

Jenkins' Pennsylvania Legislative Histories

The Pennsylvania Legislative Histories database contains librarian compiled legislative histories in PDF format. The information was obtained from the Legislative Journals of the House and Senate, the source for debates/remarks made in the General Assembly. Committee Reports and the text of PA Bills and Acts are not included in the histories.

Jenkins' librarians compile legislative histories on an as-needed basis. The list below represents the histories for amendments to the constitution already compiled, but is not a complete list of histories related to the Pennsylvania Constitution.

For more information on compiling a Pennsylvania Legislative History, please see our Pennsylvania Legislative History guide.
