Juvenile Court Judges' Commission

According to its Mission Statement, the Juvenile Court Judges' Commission (JCJC) "is to provide the leadership, advice, training and support to enable Pennsylvania’s juvenile justice system to achieve its goals related to community protection, offender accountability, restoration of crime victims, and youth competency development." The JCJC was established in 1959 (1959, Dec. 21, P.L. 1962, No. 717) and its current powers and duties are defined at 42 Pa.C.S. 6371 et seq.
