Historical statutes also available. The library has Purdon’s Pennsylvania Statutes going back to the 1930s and even older statutes may be available in the Rare Book Room. Please contact Research Services at 215.574.1505 or research@jenkinslaw.org for more information.

Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes Pennsylvania General Assembly
The official, unannotated version of the consolidated statutes. Contains the consolidated statutes (Pa.C.S.) only. Does not contain the unconsolidated statutes.
