Attorney fees can be governed by various factors such as cases, statutes, and court rules. For example, the American Bar Association offers their Model Rule of Professional Conduct 1.5 and Pennsylvania has its corresponding Rule of Professional Conduct 1.5. Many publications discuss how to create and collect attorney fees. A selection of these is listed below.
