City Planning Commission City of Philadelphia
The City Planning Commission (PCPC) oversees the physical development plan of the city, zoning ordinances, maps, and amendments, streets and land subdivisions, recommendations to the City Council related to zoning and development legislation, and more.

Department of Licenses and Inspections City of Philadelphia
The Philadelphia Department of Licenses and Inspections helps people comply with building safety standards and other code requirements. Department of Records City of Philadelphia
The Philadelphia Department of Records manages city records and provides access to the public. Record or get a copy (including via PhilaDox) of a deed, mortgage, or other real estate documents.  

Office of Property Assessment City of Philadelphia 
The Office of Property Assessment (OPA) determines what every piece of property within Philadelphia is worth. It also handles abatement and exemption programs.

Land Records Pennsylvania Historical & Museum Commission
"In 1981, the land records and the functions of the office were transferred to the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission. Commonwealth land records only document transactions between the Penns or the post-revolutionary Commonwealth and the first purchaser(s) of each tract of land." Also includes information about County & Municipal Records.
