Pennsylvania Real Estate & Landlord Tenant Law

Using PBI Publications

In conjunction with its continuing legal education courses, the Pennsylvania Bar Institute (PBI) produces books related to real estate in Pennsylvania. When a researcher has difficulty finding an answer in the manuals or form books, it is a good idea to turn to a PBI publication for guidance.

The following PBI publications provide information on a variety of real estate topics, such as boundaries, commercial properties, landlord tenant, mortgages, and more.

Additional PBI or NBI publications may also be useful. Search the Jenkins' catalog for real estate and limit the results to the Pennsylvania collection for a list of available titles.
