Individual federal circuit and district courts may have their own set(s) of rules that supplement the Federal Rules of Appellate Procedure, Civil Procedure, Criminal Procedure, and Evidence. Known as "local rules", they should be used in conjunction with the Federal Rules.
These rules are available on the individual courts' websites. They may also be found on online databases, in print, and in commercial publications of the U.S. Code. See below for more details.

The United States Code Service, available on the LexisNexis Digital Library, includes the U.S. Ct. of Appeals Circuit Rules. Members must be logged in to jenkinslaw.org to access this database. This database is also available in the library.

Individual State Federal Court Rules Publisher Varies
Use the Jenkins' catalog to search for a particular state. Many individual state federal court rules volumes include circuit and district court rules pertaining to that state. A search using the state name and federal court rules should return the appropriate record.
