Pennsylvania Cases - Trial Level

Finding PA County Cases for Free Online

Some counties publish select opinions on their court's websites. Below are a sampling of the Pennsylvania counties that do so.

Some county bar associations, like the Dauphin County Bar Association, the Erie County Bar Association, and the York County Bar Association, make their county reporters freely available on their websites. These reporters may include select county opinions. Check the individual bar association's website for more information.

Please note that not all opinions will be available online and the other resources in this guide should be consulted. In many cases, the opinion will have to be obtained from the court.
