The following member databases provide access to Pennsylvania Trial Level opinions. Members must be logged in to jenkinslaw.org to access these databases. These databases are also available in the library.
Many counties in Pennsylvania publish their own reporters which contain select trial court opinions for that county. HeinOnline and LLMC Digital include select volumes of the county reporters, also known as Side Reports. Coverage varies by county on both databases, and not all Pennsylvania counties are included.
The Pennsylvania County Cases database is exclusive to Jenkins' members and contains over 100,000 trial court opinions from across the Commonwealth dating back to 1970. The opinions in this database are collected and indexed by Jenkins.
Please note that not all opinions will be available via Jenkins' member databases and the other resources in this guide should be consulted. In many cases, the opinion will have to be obtained from the court.
