If the case was appealed, lower court opinions can often be found attached to the Appellant's brief or the Record. Jenkins receives briefs filed with the PA Supreme, PA Superior, and PA Commonwealth Courts. See below for more details.
Please note that not all trial level cases are appealed. The other resources in this guide should be consulted. In many cases, the opinion will have to be obtained from the court.

There could be records and briefs for certain cases that Jenkins never received from the court. Jenkins does own records and briefs that are not yet included in the searchable index.
